Best Holiday Reads

Top 5

I’m fairly new to reading holiday romances and I have no explanation as to why it’s taken me so long. So my list is a bit limited but here are my Top Five holiday romances (so far).

1. The Remaking of Corbin Wale by Roan Parrish
My Review    Goodreads
This was a recent read and it just happened to holiday themed, Hanukkah in this case. Deeply emotional and so creative, I was really impressed with Roan Parrish’s story telling. Corbin and Alex were wonderful heroes who I immediately connected with and I couldn’t wait for them to get their happily ever after. Plus there were so many yummy sounding baked goods that had me wishing for more baking skills.

Miami, Mistletoe, & Murder (Red Stone Security #4) by Katie Reus
My Review    Goodreads
This one is more of a suspense than anything else but it takes place right before Christmas and I couldn’t resist including it because I love this book so much. Sexy and tattooed, Travis’s crush on Noel is adorable and he’s so protective when he realizes she needs help. I also just realized that this one has a bakery in it as well, so there must be something about baked goods and holidays that are so appealing.

Wrapped Together (Portland Heat #5) by Annabeth Albert
My Review    Goodreads
This is a short but sweet read with opposites finding each other. The holidays are a hard time for Hollis, so he’s your typical Grinch but Sawyer won’t let anything bring him down during his favorite part of the year. I loved both these guys and they really bring out the best in each other as they spend more time together.

Holiday Sparks by Shannon Stacey
I think we all have that dream of one day running into our high school crush and showing them how amazing we are now that those awkward teen years are over. Well, Scott gets his chance when Chloe returns home to house sit for her parents. I loved that even though Scott was all sexy now, he was still the same nerdy, average guy inside.

Holiday Confessions by Anne Marie Winston
This is an older one, but it was one of the first holiday romances I ever read. I particularly enjoyed the unique set up for the story. Lynne is an ex-model who’s ready for a normal life, which she begins to get when she meets her neighbor Brendan. But Brendan is blind so he has no way of recognizing who Lynne really is. I loved watching these two circling each other and falling in love.
